The Colombian rapist was fond of marking his targets’ locations by drawing up a skeleton on a map. He committed more than 300 murders. He was a pedophile. He preyed on street children. He offered candies and gifts to kids on the street, won them over, and took them for a long walk. When the children got exhausted, he would molest and rape them. He even cut their bodies into pieces. With a record of 138 homicides, he figures among the worst serial killer in the world. He was punished with imprisonment of 22 years.
